Dr. EJ Zebro


Dr EJ Zebro has been teaching the art of functional movement for over 25 years. He studied Exercise Science at The University of Delaware where he also minored in Biology and Sports Psychology and played varsity soccer. He honed his functional training skills working first in California as a personal trainer, then as a strength and conditioning coach at the University of Bridgeport for the men’s soccer program. It was during that time at the UB Chiropractic College that Dr. Zebro developed TRAIN AWAY PAIN as a way to improve the performance of the athletes and decrease their rate of injury.

He and his staff have used these movements with countless clients, that have included professional athletes and highly functioning individuals of all ages with great success. Dr. Zebro is honored to share this methodology with the masses for the first time in the form of TRAIN AWAY PAIN therapeutic functional movement method. Now, through private, semi private, and group classes, more people will be able to experience what it’s like to move better through life. As we say every day: “no pain, no gain, no more”.
