Michelle Quigley

Michelle Quigley is a licensed massage therapist, graduating from CCMT Westport’s Clinical Massage program.  She specializes in Integrated Manual Therapy and Orthopedic Massage, a fundamentally new corrective technique pioneered by James Waslaski that restores balance around joints, eliminates pain from injury, and enhances peak athletic performance.

Michelle is a Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and completed the two and a half year training program with Franklyn Sills, the early innovator of the biodynamic approach to this therapy.  Biodynamic craniosacral is a subtle but powerful energetic practice that harnesses the body’s natural abilities to heal.  In addition, Michelle is a certified instructor of Sheng Zhen Gong, the Qigong of “unconditional love”, and studies directly with Master Li Junfeng, the former Head Coach of the Chinese national Wushu (kung fu) team.  Michelle constantly maintains and enhances her skills through ongoing education and workshops and enjoys bringing the latest insights and healing techniques to each client session.  With these skills Michelle always meets the needs of the client in the moment using a wide range of techniques and has developed an intuitive and deeply healing touch that addresses body, mind and spirit.

Michelle has lived in Westport since moving from the UK in 2005.  She is a passionate photographer and loves capturing the beauty of nature!
