Take care of your body and it will take care of you.
Why do you incorporate Train Away Pain into your daily routine?
 Every time I exercise I try to incorporate the ideas I learn in my TAP workouts. Whether it’s proper forms and correct breathing, every little bit helps me stay consistent and prevent re-injury.
